The officer meeting was held 9:30 AM at Round the Clock Diner after breakfast. There were 6 Sir Knights in attendance. Meeting to discuss carwash passes. Officers: Matthew Raley - Faithful Comptroller, Joseph Valenti - Faithful Purser, Spencer Downing - Faithful Captain, John Moramarko - Trustee, Karl Zerbey - Faithful Scribe and Kelly Brown - Trustee. Trustee Report: Mel McConnell is resting and recovering after stroke. District free throw 24 Jan at SJEY, approximately 20 contestants. Next meeting 13 Feb at St Patrick with soup and sandwiches. Comptrollers Report: Car wash passes purchase 50x $11 sells for $22 and 50x $5 sells for $10 total $800, approved by unanimous vote from all present. Discussion on incentive prices to promote sales - declined to improve income. Cost of breakfast for meeting $78.52, includes tip. Color Guard Report: Callout - 24 Feb 40 hours at SJEY Membership Report: John Starceski to join assembly color guard. Unfinished Business: Website needs to be changed - Kelly to check w/ Dave Gambino. March for Life in DC 23 Jan. New Business: Assembly regional meeting 15 Mar at St Phillip Propose training for CPR and AED - knights who usher. Assembly Meeting Schedule: 13 Feb - 6:30 PM Social and food, 7PM meeting at St Patrick, York Council Reports: 1530 St Joseph Dallastown Church shutdown last w/e due to priest illness. Breakfast on hold. 6353 St Joseph East York Bingo Thursdays. Spring Fling 07 March $40 per person. Golf tournament 01 June. Sent $1k to seminarian who had car accident. 10474 Holy Infant Manchester Core program 12-3, Bingo Tuesdays, Frozen Knights, Active Life. Website has pictures of priest who was transferred to Nigeria. 10870 St Rose York no report 11872 St Patrick York Soup-er bowl soup contest 07 Feb, Baseball outing, supporting two seminarians. Chapter Report: Chapter Bingo 22 Feb at Columbus Association in Lancaster.
