Bishop McDevitt Assembly #920 December 2025 Meeting Minutes

The open meeting was held 7:35 PM at St Joseph East York following 6:30PM Rosary and social with pot luck food.
There were 12 Sir Knights in attendance.
The following officers were present: Matt Raley - Faithful Comptroller, Spencer Downing - Faithful Captain, Dale Fanale - Faithful Pilot, Karl Zerbey - Faithful Scribe, John Moramarco - One Year Trustee and Kelly Brown - Two Year Trustee.
Opening ceremonies and prayer were conducted by Spencer Downing - Faithful Captain.
Minutes of October meeting approved as sent.
Purser Report:
Assembly in good standing, 168 members, 1 honorary, 38 honorary life and 3 exempt.
Fraternal survey form 1728 due 31 Jan
Income - Regalia fund -$100 donation Aug, $43 from 50/50, $100 donation Sep, $100 donation Nov, $1k donation from Nick Smith, $100 donation ; Dues $50; Rebate $200 14 Nov for Food for Families donation.
Expenses - $1k Ultrasound, $500 Morningstar 5k, exemption banquet, $36.49 Spencer for Oct food, $425.96 Kelly for installation dinner, $111.30 Matt for ink, $500 Matt for Regalia. $60.38 Mel for Nov food, $53.73 Mel for financial mtg food, $300 Mel for veterans dinner, $575.61 Kelly for veterans dinner supplies.
