Bishop McDevitt #920 Assembly Meeting Minutes-April 10, 2026

The meeting was held 7:15 PM at St Joseph East York following 6:30PM Rosary and social.
There were 13 Sir Knights in attendance.
The following officers were present: Spencer Downing - Faithful Navigator, Matt Raley - Faithful Comptroller, Pat Workinger - Faithful Admiral, Karl Zerbey - Faithful Scribe, Chester Young - Color Corps Commander and Kelly Brown - Two Year Trustee.
Opening ceremonies and prayer were conducted by Spencer Downing.
Minutes of March meeting approved as sent.
Purser Report : no report
Comptroller Report:
Assembly in good standing, 161 members, 1 transfer, 3 in process.
Collected - Dues $925, Regalia fund $45, Car Wash $320, Car Wash Sales $510, Regalia $40.
Vouchers - Car Wash Coupons $250, Name badges $81.25, PFN medal $31.51, Name Badge $22.00, Food for meeting $32.50 - moved to pay passed on vote.
Faithful Navigator Report/Communications:
Workbook for 4th Degree Color Corps Drill Manual available.
Website is developed for Assembly.
Car Wash coupons left - 31 basic and 26 premium - sell in parishes.
State Convention in Pittsburgh 15-17 May
Malvern Retreat 15-17 May - $290 per person , $100 under age 22, financial support available.

Motion to buy additional 100 basic car wash coupons for $500 passed on vote.
