What did the Knights of Columbus, Council #6353, do January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025?
- Manage parish bingo fundraiser. Safeguard students till 6pm. Service Hours-100 per week x 50=5,000 hours per year. (Weekly)
- Assist with Saturday Baptisms-Provide gifts to parents and children. Act as witness for families. 50 hours x $50=$2,500 for gifts to family. Picture bible, Father’s rosary, Mother’s rosary, Rosary Booklet, Rosary Guide and Mother's lapel pin. (Weekly)
- First Tuesday each month, conduct Knighthood exemplification in Divine Mercy Chapel 6:00pm-Service Hours-180. Exemplification Kits-$5.00 x 12=$60. (Monthly)
- First Tuesday each month, conduct officers meeting & social 7:00pm. (Monthly)
- Third Tuesday each month, Rosary, 6:30pm, council meeting/social 7:00pm (Monthly)
- Annually, provide $12,000 in student scholarships. St. Joseph to York Catholic 6th to 7th grade and 7th to 8th grade. Volunteer Hours-20. (Annually-Start Process-June 1st.)
- August 30, 2025-Host Central PA Blood Drive-St. Joseph School gym. Volunteers-30 hours. (Annually) (2025-30 pints)
- Church Drive-April 28, 29 & September 13, 14, 2025-Volunteer Hours-40.
- Sponsor 3 Jamaican Students. Kasumi Smith, Grade G6. Chriselle Miller, Grade G6 and Antonique Beckford Grade G6. $900. (Annually)
- Donated $2,100 for ice cream. Celebration at the school to recognize Carlo Acutis being cantonized.
- Drop off $22,000 Big Check to Misericordia Nursing. 9th annual golf tournament profits. Service hours-150 Day of. 100 hours preparation/Conference Calls. 250 Service Hours total. (Annually) (Start Process January Week 3).
- Misericordia Christmas in August 2025. Provided 50 gift baskets to residents. $500. Two hours of Christmas Songs. Santa Claus delivered presents. Service Hours-20.
- Participate in Pennsylvania March for Life Harrisburg, plus attend two Bishop’s Masses in 4th degree uniform. Service hours-20. (Annually) Last Monday in September.
- Rent Billboard-Route 462-Keep Christ in Christmas! $400. November 19, 2025. (Annually) Order No Later than November 1st.
- Donated $1,000 to St. Joseph School. First Reconciliation/First Communion workbooks. Request comes in August from school. (Annually).
- Donated $1,500 to Catholic Harvest Food Pantry

- Organize/manage Box of Joy Program/Act as Drop-off Center-40 Service Hours. 42 cases-728 shoe boxes shipped.
- Host Council/District/Region/State-2025 Soccer Challenge. Create Soccer Challenge Toolbox for State Council. Replace soccer nets at St. Joan of Arc School. Move soccer goals to one field. Provide coffee, donuts, Rice Krispie Treats, juice boxes. Manage council, district, CE region and State Soccer Challenge, November 1, 2025. Service Hours-100. Expenses-$1,000.
- Christmas Tree Lighting-Kick off Christmas season December 9, 2025, with parish children. Hot chocolate/snacks/singing. Service Hours-20. Donation $200. (Annually).

- 2025 Annual St. Joseph Carnival-Sell Raffle Tickets K of C booth June 10 through June 14, 2025. Service Hours-150. Donation-$2,500 for raffle tickets and pull tabs. (Annually).
- Attend 4th Degree Exemplification for one new Knights. Service Hours-12 Donation $247.
- York Catholic $5000 for the Green and Gold Gala being held on April 25, 2026 at the Country Club of York. 10 Seats purchased will be donated to deanery priests.
- $1000 for food request resubmitted 1/29/2025 by Chris Wood, Director of Youth and Young Adult Ministries for March 8, 2025, 6pm Spaghetti Dinner fundraiser.
- $850-AED/CPR/BBP Training-March 23, 2025-3:00pm for 10 students. 30 Service Hours.
- $1047 to purchase Father Capitani’s books for K through 4th grade students.
- Donated $500 to Morning Star Gala fundraiser.
- Donated $500 for food for Quo Vadis Days events, June 24th and June 25th. Service hours 40 to help with food purchase, cooking, transport necessary items. Serve two meals. 120 people served each meal. Priests, seminarians and potential future seminarians.
- Donate $500 to Catholic Harvest Food Pantry in the name of “The Bottom Feeders” band.
- $15,000 donation for a box truck-Off the Streets York.
- $1,000 Donated food for Family Friendly 9/14/25 football event. 60 attendees. 30 Service Hours.
