Attached you will find a recap of the 2025 Pennsylvania State Soccer Challenge, along with a link to some pictures.  Congratulations to the 2025 Pennsylvania State Soccer Challenge Champions! ​

Thank you to the parents, grandparents, friends and family of the soccer participants who traveled great distances to come to the event.  Our thanks to the St. Joan of Arc School staff, Father Al Sceski, Deacon Paul Koester, coordinator Michelle Myers and Grand Knight, Keith Burkhart, for their hospitality and efforts over the past six weeks, enabling the Knights of Columbus to update the soccer goals and move the goals onto one field.

There is a great deal of work setting up a State Soccer event and staffing the event with scorekeepers, judges, etc.  Our thanks to State Deputy, Gary Damich, Executive Secretary/Past State Deputy, Stan Glowaski, State Program Director, Jack Rosati, State Community Director, John Cocco, State Membership Director, George Shaheen, State Faith Director, David Simms, Past State Advocate/Central East Region Program Chairman, Jerome Wood, District Deputies, Bob Owsiany, James Bloomfield and Joe McGrath. Past District Deputy, Mel McConnell, Past Central East Program Chairman/Past District Deputy, Pat Workinger.  Thank you to local Knights of Columbus volunteers George Holobetz, Chuck Gassert, Sean Jackson, Ron Dell, Joe Drahusz, Mike Hallinan, Ed Ejike and Mike Waverka.  Most of whom volunteered also at the Central East Region Soccer Challenge on October 18th.
